What are the advantages of using Wear Detector in plants/factories?

Production enterprises need a clear tracking system in order to be able to accurately comply with safety requirements and ensure the precision and continuity of work processes.

TRASSIR has a Wear Detector solution that does its job perfectly. This module is based on AI neural detector that classifies and detects people wearing uniforms of a certain color. It solves the problem of monitoring the presence of personnel at certain workplaces. The issue of compliance with safety requirements is also involved when a person wearing a certain uniform performs specific tasks.

This module allows one to detect the presence of employees not at their workplaces, thus prevent violations of work discipline, prevent injuries and accidents at work. This allows to reduce the number of employees from the supervisory area. If an incident does occur at the enterprise, the system helps to promptly and objectively investigate such cases. Such an effective automated system can prevent most accidents, which greatly reduces the pressure on the company from regulatory agencies.

The system is simple and clear and consists of only three stages - video cameras - video server and operator, who receives an alert if something deviates from the desired scenario. Notifications can come in different forms - emails, telegram or in the interface itself.

The process can be controlled by the TRASSIR VMS system, which monitors the performance of servers and the safety of archives.

Such an approach has been successfully implemented and operated at meat processing plant, which includes 20 enterprises throughout the country. It helped to eliminate violations of sanitary norms, such as lack of protective workwear, contamination of workwear, lack of gloves and hats, etc.

It also helped to monitor safety of internal working conditions of the enterprises and control over the working time of employees and its efficiency.

As a result, it became possible to ensure that employees wear uniforms, gloves and hats, and also to minimize cases of violation of discipline and incidents related to theft.
